Distribution and Mail Services Process Improvements

After a summer of research and testing processes Distribution and Mail Services are making changes to improve our service to the Humboldt State University Campus. 

1. We are pleased to announce that mail delivery will resume 5 day a week service starting today. Our fantastic student assistants will make this happen under the supervision of Staff. 
2. Look for a new package tracking delivery system. We will be able to provide a chain of custody for all packages with delivery verification and tracking to the final destination, department and person. This includes email notifications when your package has been received which will begin this week.  
3. Please note that any large mailings (200 pieces+) can realize significant savings for your department if Marketing & Communications prints the addresses and prepares the mailing for you. Contact them in advance to see how much you can save for your bulk mailings this semester.
