October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and we’re excited to introduce this year’s theme: “Secure Our World.” Throughout the month, we’ll focus on practical steps you can take to safeguard your digital life, with a range of activities, webinars, and challenges designed to enhance your security skills.

By participating, you’ll not only strengthen your cybersecurity knowledge but also have a chance to win one of 10 meal coupons or 10 free coffees, thanks to the generosity of Cal Poly Humboldt Dining!

Here’s how it works:

• Each week, we’ll present a challenge based on the Secure Our World theme.

• Participate in at least one of the webinars, presentations, or activities during the month.

• Complete the weekly challenge and log your participation in the Google Form.

• Capstone Project: Security Awareness for College Students – 1:00 PM

• FBI | How the FBI Defends Against Cyber Threats – 2:00 PM
