Hello Everyone,

We are reaching out to you to share some exciting news about an initiative, CSUBUY
Procure-to-Pay (P2P), that will be coming to our campus in November of 2024. CSUBUY P2P
will transform the way we do business with our vendors – from the procurement of goods and
services to the payment of invoices. Your participation and involvement are critical to the
success of this initiative.

When complete, CSUBUY P2P initiative will enable new processes and tools to automate the
ordering of goods and services, confirmation of the receipt of those goods and services, and the
review and payment of vendor invoices. It will increase the visibility of our spending at a product
and vendor level, enabling our operations and finance teams to make better informed decisions
on a daily basis. This initiative is a priority for our entire executive leadership team.

In preparation for the implementation efforts, we want to inform you about the CSUBUY and
what is upcoming from a project and supplier engagement perspective. The first effort of this
project is to work with your suppliers to onboard them onto CSUBUY. As part of this process,
suppliers will be receiving communications with onboarding instructions shortly. This may
prompt suppliers to reach out to you, as you have an existing business relationship to
inquire about next steps, as well as understand more about this initiative. We encourage
you to direct supplier inquiries to our campus project team, listed below. This is so
suppliers may have their questions addressed and encourage their participation in the process.
