• Self-Service Materials: We have curated a comprehensive collection of self-service materials, including quick reference guides, instructor led trainings, and short videos. These resources are easily accessible through the CSUBUY Training website.  We encourage you to explore these materials at your convenience, as they provide step-by-step instructions and valuable insights to help you navigate the system effectively. 

• Office Hours and Dedicated Support: Our support team is here to assist you during office hours, Monday through Friday, times vary and are posted on the CSUBUY Training website. If you have any questions, encounter challenges, or require guidance, do not hesitate to reach out to our virtual drop-in sessions and/or submit a ticket through ServiceNow. They are well-equipped and ready to address your concerns promptly and provide the necessary assistance to ensure your continued success.

• Ongoing Training Opportunities: To further enhance your skills and maximize the potential of the CSUBUY P2P system, we will be offering ongoing training opportunities. These training sessions will cover advanced features, tips and tricks, and industry best practices. We highly recommend taking advantage of these sessions to deepen your understanding and proficiency. Keep an eye out for announcements regarding upcoming training sessions and registration details. 

• Feedback and Suggestions: Your feedback is crucial in our ongoing efforts to refine and optimize the system. We value your input and encourage you to share your suggestions, enhancement ideas, or any challenges you may encounter. Your feedback will guide us in making necessary improvements and ensuring the system aligns with your evolving needs.
