The CSU Academic Resources Conference is truly one of a kind. Each year ARC unites Academic Professionals from across the 23 California State University campuses by bringing together Admins, Analysts, Assistants, Coordinators, and Specialists from Humboldt to San Diego at a multi-day conference to attend a variety of diversified educational and skill building sessions while networking with CSU professionals and colleagues in similar positions. Whether you are considering attending for the first time, or earning a badge of honor as a multi-year attendee, we welcome you!

Why Attend?

The conference offers an agenda with specific tracks that address topics related to Human Resources, Budget, Student Success, and Leadership. At the conference you will have an opportunity to customize your experience by choosing from a variety of breakout sessions that are designed to strengthen your collaboration, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and management skills tied to the work that you do at your campus. The skills that are developed and the resources that are shared during this conference can be used right away, and for the rest of your career.

Attending ARC is an investment in you and an investment in the CSU!
