At Cal Poly Humboldt, we recognize the importance of mental health and wellbeing for our employees and the entire community.

Human Resources has arranged for a counselor from LifeMatters to visit and provide on-site services for employees. Confidential counseling appointments will be held in Human Resources, SH212, Tuesday, 5/21 through Friday, 5/24 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Departments can also arrange for a counselor from LifeMatters to visit and provide on-site services for employees. To set up a departmental visit, please email: HR@humboldt.edu with the subject line Empathia Departmental Visit Request.
