California State University Chancellor Timothy White testified at a Congressional hearing on Tuesday, July 7 that examined the impact of COVID-19 on higher education in the United States. 

Before the House Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Investment, Chancellor White discussed the effects of COVID-19 on the California State University (CSU). He detailed CSU campuses’ transition  to virtual operations, support for students, plans for Fall 2020, and the financial impact of COVID-19 on the CSU, asking for “additional support and investment during this historic public health crisis.”
