We invite you to join us at the Fall 2025 Welcome Week Campus Resource Fair to showcase your services and opportunities to the newest members of our campus community. This is your chance to connect with incoming students and make a lasting impression as they begin their academic journey. Fill out the form to secure your spot and help us welcome our new students with open arms.

We have space for 60 tables on the Quad. Due to limited availability, spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who register after capacity is reached will be added to a waiting list. Waitlisted participants are welcome to attend and may be offered a table if there are no-shows. Please note: if you do not arrive on time, your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.

Each organization will be provided with one table and two chairs. If you are representing more than one group and require additional tables, please complete a separate form for each organization to ensure accurate table counts.
