The California State University (CSU) is required to inform its employees about the CWPA (CA Gov. Code §§8574 et. Seq.) by June 30, 2021. As part of this annual notice, HSU is required to display the CWPA poster in employee campus locations and provide an email notification with the attached brochure for your information. Both the poster and the notice provided by the California State Auditor (CSA) to state agencies, including the CSU (HSU), as required under CA Gov. Code § 8548.2.
