We have the power to find and practice positive ways to build strength, resilience and - yes - motivation to live our best lives, even in the midst of uncertainty.
  • Twitter for Professionals: Analyzing Audiences & User Behavior - With Twitter Analytics, you can get detailed information on how users are interacting with your tweets. Find out how to analyze global trends and engagement, explore audience metrics, and track tweet interaction and conversion events.
  • How to be Happy at Work: The Power of Purpose, Hope and Friendships -  Participants will gain new insights about how to use emotional intelligence to be better colleagues and managers, and how to build a positive culture in their teams. 
  • Mindfulness Wellness Circle - The seven foundations of mindfulness (non-judging, patience, beginner’s mind, trust, non-striving, acceptance, letting go); sitting meditation; body scan meditation practice; eating meditation practice; mindful yoga; and incorporating mindfulness on the go.
  • The Five Elements of Wellbeing - During this workshop, participants will take the Gallup Wellbeing Index and participate in activities and reflection to help define their levels of Wellbeing in each of the five elements. 
  • Entrenched Conflict to Calm Collaboration – Using “De-escalation Listening” - This workshop focuses on how to employ “de-escalation listening,” a type of active listening that creates space for collaboration and problem-solving.
  • SMART Goals - This “hands-on” workshop will allow participants to create meaningful and effective SMART goals in real time as we take a process-oriented, step-by-step approach to exploring the functionality of SMART goals and what makes them so effective. 
  • Personal Accountability - This course will introduce you to the importance of personal accountability and outline strategies for developing a personal accountability formula to help you succeed.
  • Decisions, Decisions! Creative Problem Solving and Decision-Making Techniques - In this workshop you will learn and apply creative thinking techniques to problems, learn and practice a method of Problem Solving which can be applied to nearly any situation, and learn four styles of effective Decision Making and match them to appropriate situations.
