Dear Colleagues,

It is with great delight and deep gratitude that I share with you that Dr. Heather Madar has accepted the position of Associate Dean for the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences. As faculty and chair she has built a body of knowledge and understanding that is crucial to the success of the Dean's Office Team. Moreover, she has a strong understanding of the value of our complex college culture and the various disciplines within it and approaches her work in a manner that is faculty-centered and focused on program success. Finally, she brings a powerful work ethic and desire to learn into everything she does. I look forward to working with her as I am sure you all do also.
