Annual Conflict of Interest Form 700 Filing for 2022/2023

It is that time of year for the annual filing of Statement of Economic Interests (i.e. Form 700) for employees in designated positions and active ProCard users/approvers in accordance with the Political Reform Act (CA Gov. Code §81000, et seq.). Only employees in designated positions and active ProCard users/approvers should receive the formal notice to file an Annual Form 700.

What happens next?

Individual Form 700 filers should receive an automatically generated access email from Form700.CSU@southtechhosting.com no later than Friday, March 3, 2023. This email should contain both your log-in ID and a temporary password along with the link to the https://CSU.southtechhosting.com/eDisclosure/ website.

Please note that all Form 700’s must be filed no later than April 3, 2023. Failure to file a timely Form 700 could subject filers to the enforcement processes of the California Fair Political Practices Commission’s Enforcement Division.
