We Heard You - Loud and Clear!

After the events on campus, we sent out a survey to staff asking for your guidance on whether we should proceed with the 2024 Staff Appreciation Week events. The results are in.  86% of respondents expressed an interest in having planned activities continue as planned.

Art Quad

Exercise your green thumb along with other botanical enthusiasts on campus.  Bring your cuttings, plant starts, and gloves (if you’ve got ‘em).  No plants to share?  No worries - we’ve got you covered!


2024 Staff Appreciation Event
Thursday, May 30, 4 to 6 pm
Arcata Community Center

Let's come together and celebrate one another and our work on Campus!  Join us for food, a hosted bar, the awarding of years of service pins, music, AWESOME raffle prizes, and space to come together as a group to decompress and reconnect.

2024 Games in the Redwood Bowl
Friday, May 31, noon to 1 pm

Join us for the Games in the Redwood Bowl! Whether you're up for some friendly competition or just want to enjoy a leisurely stroll around the field, there's something for everyone! Sports equipment will be provided. BYO water bottle, hat, and sunscreen.
