When planning to purchase technology for your classroom, department, or research, CSUBUY must be used as the first option rather than a ProCard. CSUBUY produces purchase orders that include terms and conditions protecting the University. ProCard purchases do not provide these same protections.
Submitting a requisition in CSUBUY in advance helps safeguard University resources and ensures technology purchases align with institutional standards.
