Beginning the week of August 10, the general contractor will begin mobilization activities for the Science A Building renovation project.

During this initial phase, the campus community can expect to see construction fencing installed around portions of the building, along with the delivery of construction materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to prepare the site for work.

Construction will be completed in phases, and as work progresses, pedestrian access around the building will change periodically. Whenever pedestrian routes are affected, clearly marked signage will be installed to identify temporary closures and direct pedestrians along safe alternate routes. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to maintain safe access throughout the duration of the project.

Construction is currently scheduled to be completed in December 2027.
