The California State University (CSU) is required to inform its employees about the CWPA (CA Gov. Code §§8574 et. Seq.) by June 30, 2026. As part of this annual notice, Cal Poly Humboldt is required to display the CWPA poster in employee campus locations and provide an email notification with the  California Whistleblower Protection Act, 2026 Brouchure_Poster.pdf for your information. Both the poster and the notice provided by the California State Auditor (CSA) to state agencies, including the CSU (Cal Poly Humboldt), as required under CA Gov. Code § 8548.2.
