Effective July 1, 2026, the daily parking rate will increase to $5.00.

The adjustment is being made to help offset rising operational and maintenance costs associated with campus parking facilities, including lot maintenance, safety improvements, technology upgrades, etc.

All vehicles parked on campus after the effective date will be subject to the new daily rate. Existing parking permits and parking policies will remain unchanged unless otherwise communicated.

To help address anticipated future cost increases while avoiding large single adjustments, a phased increase of an additional $1 over the next three years will be implemented:

July 2026: $5/day

July 2027: $6/day

July 2028: $7/day
