The Cal Poly Humboldt Grad Slam celebrates the exciting research being conducted by our graduate students. This year, all nine presenters hail from the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences. Way to go, CAHSS! Graduate students will present their research in a 3-minute presentation. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three presenters. The top two presenters will have the option to represent Cal Poly Humboldt at the (virtual) CSU-Wide Grad Slam Competition on Friday, May 1st, 2026.

Everyone in the campus community is welcome to watch the presentations and support our grad students as they share their cutting-edge, barrier-breaking, potentially world-changing research. Did we mention there will be snacks? We hope to see you there!
