Periodontal Treatment Disclaimer: It is possible that some employees may have not been to the dentist in a while; which can put them at a higher risk of having gum disease. If that's the case, they may need restorative work such as fillings or SRPs (deep cleaning). Based on their exam, we will disclose this information to any patients that need additional services, but want you to be aware that some patients may not be eligible for the preventative cleaning, covered at 100% by the insurance, and they may be responsible for a copay for restorative services. Again, the amount will be disclosed to them, and they can choose to accept or decline the service.

Teledentistry Disclaimer: As a reminder, we will be implementing teledentistry for your event. With this model, the hygienist and dental assistants provide the x-rays and cleaning at your office, and the dentist remotely reviews the x-rays, develops the treatment plan, and provides your team members with any follow-up information for additional treatment.

Jet Dental works with all major dental insurance excluding Medicaid and Medicare. They will automatically bill your dental insurance provider directly after the appointment is completed. Most insurance policies include two free exams and cleaning benefits per year, and this counts as one of your two covered cleanings per year given by insurance. If you are uninsured, the cost for a dental exam, x-rays, and a preventative cleaning is $250.
