CSU Learn Courses

  • Introduction to Digital Transformation - In this course, you'll explore the fundamental concepts and importance of digital transformation. You'll learn about the critical drivers, such as customer expectations and technological advancements, and understand why digital transformation matters for modern businesses. Additionally, you'll learn about the typical stages and key milestones on the digital transformation journey and the importance of cross-functional collaboration for successful implementation.
  • Understanding Transformative Digital Customer Experiences - In this course, you'll learn about the key characteristics and behaviors of digital customers. You'll also learn about the basics of a digital customer journey, from awareness to loyalty, and the key aspects that influence customer decisions throughout this journey. You'll explore how digital interactions shape customer perceptions and satisfaction and how data and analytics, personalization, and various digital channels impact customer engagement and overall business outcomes.
Cross Campus Collaboration Courses

  • AI Playtime: Exploring AI for Work, Wellness, and Creativity - We’ll begin with a live demonstration of how AI can support everyday tasks—such as writing emails, planning events, or generating images—before breaking into small groups to explore different AI tools firsthand. Whether you're just getting started or already experimenting with AI, this session will offer actionable ideas you can apply immediately in your work and personal life.
  • Learning Lab Series: The Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Edge Part 1, 2 & 3 - Emotional intelligence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you build. This series is made up of 3, 30-minute virtual sessions where we will explore the five core elements of EQ: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
  • Foundations of Change Management: What You Need to Know - This workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of change management, focusing on understanding its principles, the importance of adapting to change, and the role of employee engagement.
  • Weekly Dose of Mindfulness - Weekly Dose of Mindfulness is an opportunity for all CSU community members to experience guided mindfulness practices with a trained facilitator.
  • Managing Multiple Priorities - How do you manage when you have a number of priorities that require your attention? Do you end the day feeling frustrated or overwhelmed because you were not able to complete your tasks?
  • Enhancing Your Workflow with ChatGPT - Explore how to build on your foundational ChatGPT Edu skills in this interactive session designed for CSU employees. If you are comfortable with the basics and ready to deepen your practice, this session offers a practical next step. You will learn how to write more structured prompts, adapt AI-generated responses for different audiences, and personalize ChatGPT’s tone and behavior using simple instruction settings.
  • Breath and Health - Have you ever experienced how altering the pattern you breathe improves your state of mind? Come experience the intimate link between our breath and our emotions. 
  • Virtual Stepping Beyond - Customer Service - Stepping Beyond: Customer Service Training will review the components of customer service and will give participants an opportunity to step out of their shoes and into those of their customers. They will learn about "stepping beyond" customers' expectations to create a culture of helping and caring on campus.
  • Tech Essentials for the Modern Workplace: A CSU Introduction- This beginner-friendly workshop offers a practical introduction to the most commonly used technology platforms at CSU campuses and beyond. Whether you’re new to the digital workspace or just need a refresher, this session will help you navigate key tools and concepts with clarity and confidence.
  • Custom ChatGPT and ChatGPT Projects - In this session you will learn the difference between Custom ChatGPTs and ChatGPT Projects. We'll do a demonstration on how to create each one and how to test them.
  • Gender Identity and Pronoun Use - This training will provide foundational information about gender, gender identity, sexuality, attraction, and sex assigned at birth. As well as provide best practices on how to incorporate pronoun usage in your day to day work and interactions that help foster a space for inclusivity and learning.
  • Avoiding Unconscious Bias in the WorkplaceThis course is a certification of the Strategies for Avoiding Unconscious Bias workshop. The intent and theme of the workshop are to assist in identifying the various avenues whereby unconscious bias can enter the hiring process and developing strategies to avoid unconscious bias.
