Campus Apartments Demolition Update
July 3, 2025
Starting on Monday July 7, continuing through July 10, 2025 the contractor for the Housing, Dining & Health Project will need to reconfigure construction fencing around the site to complete demolition work in various areas on the site. The impacts will be as follows:
- On Monday, July 7 and Tuesday, July 8, vehicle access through parking lot FS06 to Laurel Drive will not be available from 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
- On Tuesday, July 8 and Wednesday, July 9, the sidewalk east of Ceramics on LK Wood Blvd. will be closed to pedestrian traffic
- On Thursday, July 10, the parking kiosk in parking lot lot G11 will be closed, as well as the stair on the west side of Gist Hall will be closed from 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
