With the upcoming rollout of the CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system scheduled for November 18, 2024, we would like to remind you of upcoming milestones and ensure readiness for Go-Live.

Training

We are offering Live Training sessions beginning Monday, November 12th, and will have recordings from these sessions available on the CSUBUY P2P Training website. These training sessions will be tailored to your specific role in CSUBUY P2P.

Supplier Enablement

Suppliers received a communication on August 26, 2024, informing them that California State University is changing the way it does business with its existing and new suppliers. If you are getting questions from Suppliers, please direct them to CSUBUY-SupplierSupport@calstate.edu.

Cutover Planning

As we prepare to transition into CSUBUY P2P, please be aware the following areas will be impacted; deadline notifications to follow:

• Requisition (no requisitions will be accepted beginning November 1st)
• Marketplace
• Facilities work orders related to pre-approvals for purchasing
• Independent contractors
• IT purchases
• EH&S purchases
• Marketing or branded purchases
• Delegation of fiscal authority
• Receiving purchased items

Resources and Support

As we continue to embrace this transformative change, we want to remind you of the various support resources available to ensure your ongoing success and smooth adoption of CSUBUY P2P.

• Self-Service Materials: We have curated a comprehensive collection of self-service materials, including quick reference guides, instructor-led recordings, FAQs, and short videos. These resources are easily accessible through the CSUBUY P2P Training website.
• Office Hours and Dedicated Support: Our support team is here to assist you during office hours, five days a week, for at least the first two weeks, and will adjust from there. Training days/times can be found on the CSUBUY P2P Training website.
• Feedback and Suggestions: Your feedback will guide us in making necessary

improvements and ensuring the system aligns with your evolving needs. You can submit your feedback through the Share Your Thoughts section of the CSUBUY P2PProject Page.
