Dear Colleagues, 

Good News! 

Your Zoom recordings are now automatically uploaded and saved to Panopto, where you can view, edit, and share your work if desired. 

Action Needed!

The Cal Poly Humboldt Zoom account has reached capacity.  Since your videos are already backed up in your personal Panopto Account your Zoom recordings need to be deleted from the Cal Poly Zoom account. Please delete your videos from your Zoom accounts as soon as possible and by January 13, 2023 at the latest. If you need assistance, contact the Technology Help Desk at help@humboldt.edu ahead of that date and they can  help you through this process. You will find archived recordings in your Panopto "Meeting Recordings'' folder. And remember if you have any links to your recordings that point to Zoom, they will need to be replaced with links that point to your Panopto recordings.

Take Notice! 

After January 13, 2023, all videos that remain stored in Zoom, will be deleted.
