Parking & Commuter Services Returns to Full Operations

Parking & Commuter Services has returned to full operations. HSU parking permits and meter fees are enforced Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–10 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. All other regulations are in effect 24 hours a day, every day of the year.  This includes Service & Yellow Loading Zones, Disabled & Reserved stalls, and Fire Lanes.

Staff and Faculty permits for the semester or academic year are now available for purchase at the HSU Cashier’s Office on the 2nd floor of the Student Business & Services Building.

Permanent employees or temporary lecturers with a 12-month contract can participate in the payroll deduct program.

To enroll online for a Payroll Deduct Staff/Faculty annual or academic parking permit, please complete the Payroll Deduct Form. Payment for the first-month parking fee will be required when picking up your permit. Please bring a valid ID.

Hybrid Staff and Faculty members who do not want to purchase an annual pass can buy a daily permit at the drive-up Parking Kiosk which is open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m.–2 p.m.

General and Resident permits can be purchased at the HSU Cashier’s Office on the 2nd floor of the Student Business & Services Building.

Daily permits can be purchased at the drive-up kiosk or at any of the six pay stations located throughout campus.
