TOPIC
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented changes to our lives. Meeting our professional and personal responsibilities has required a unique responsiveness and resilience that many find difficult, if not exhausting, to maintain. Furthermore, the pandemic has impacted folks inequitably, and because stressors are different for each faculty member, managing them may look different for each of us. This is the first in a series of conversations to discuss current issues impacting the faculty of the CSU and how we are navigating our research, teaching and other responsibilities under the current circumstances. Our hope is that these forums will serve as an opportunity and outlet for faculty to share their ideas, thoughts and concerns AND to be a source of community support within the CSU. Our goal is to use the collective wisdom in our community so we can work toward solutions to these challenges. The moderators will help lead the discussion and bring up topics of relevance.
