Reporting Your Time for Campus Closure, Nov. 27

As noted in the Green and Gold calendar, the Friday after Thanksgiving (Nov. 27) is closed at the discretion of the President, and President Jackson will be closing campus on that day. 

Although the campus is closed, it is not a paid holiday. Employees must use their personal day, vacation, CTO (if applicable), or dock status to cover the time, and make the appropriate annotation of this in absence management. If dock will be used, Form PR-55 must be emailed to payroll@humboldt.edu or faxed to (707) 826-4917 as soon as possible to ensure proper processing. 

Employees may only telecommute on Nov. 27 if they have appropriate administrator approval for time keeping purposes.
