The Office of Admissions would like to inform you that “I’ve Been Admitted to College” (IBAC) Week will be offered virtually Monday, November 16th to Friday, November 20th from 11:00-11:45am each day. I've Been Admitted to College (IBAC) was originally the vision of local educators and tribal leaders. They wanted to ensure that every 8th grader in Humboldt and Del Norte Counties had an opportunity to go to college. Over 1,500 local 8th graders and educators have been invited to participate in IBAC Week this year.

Organized in partnership by the Humboldt County Office of Education and HSU’s Office of Admissions, this year’s week-long event will feature presentations from Academic Departments, Athletics, the Library and Admissions, a Student Panel Conversation, and a Clubs and Cultural Centers Fair. Virtual tours incorporating a “Locate Lucky” Challenge and a Sticker Design Contest with the theme of going to college will also be part of the event.
