Reminder: Meet Candidates for UPD Chief This Week

September 21, 2020

Humboldt State University is in the final stages of the search process for its next Chief of Police. Starting next week, the University will host a virtual open forum for each of the three candidates who have been selected by the Chief of Police Search Committee.

Go to adminaffairs.humboldt.edu/upd-search for resumes and statements on the candidates.

Facilitated by members of the search committee, the forums are opportunities for the campus community to hear from the candidates, ask them questions, and learn more about their approaches to leadership.

The Chief of Police Search Committee encourages faculty, staff, students, and administrators to attend. If you are unable to participate in a live session, you can watch a recording of the forum on adminaffairs.humboldt.edu/upd-search

You’re also invited to give feedback on each candidate. A feedback form will be provided before the open forums.

The Chief of Police Search Committee looks forward to your participation in this important process.
