We want and need your help for HSU’s All Campus Move-In Days.   Every year, folks from all across campus sign up to help us make our Move-In day experience a fun, safe and enjoyable first impression for our incoming students that live on campus.

We rely upon each and every one of our volunteers to help us fill over 70 half day time slots on Monday and Tuesday, August 14 and 15.

Here’s what we need from our campus staff:

·         Look at the available time slots—you can sign up for a half day, full day, one day or both days

·         You can look at the 3rd tab for the Position/Location Descriptions

·         Enter your name and email address in the sheet

·         Be sure and get approval from your supervisor to help with the Campus Move-In Day(s)

We will be so grateful to you for your time.  I promise you will enjoy your experience and will have a great opportunity to impact campus retention by providing a smooth, safe and caring experience for our new students.  Help them become part of the HSU community!
