The CSU has recently launched the CSU Workplace Environment Resources website.  This website highlights the good work of CSU campuses, other higher education institutions, and noted experts in the field of workplace environment and features examples and inspiration for fostering a culture of civility and respect within our workplace environment.

To access the site, go to https://csyou.calstate.edu/Divisions-Orgs/HR/workplace-environment/Pages/default.aspx. You will need to log in to CSYou to access the content. A link to the site is also available as a Quick Link on the Human Resources website.

The working group charged with shepherding the Workplace Environment Initiative will continue to develop plans related to enhancing the strengths of the CSU and addressing the areas of needed improvement, including short-term plans that outline immediate actions, and strategies and actions that can be taken over the long-term, to move us toward the goal of an engaged and inclusive learning and working community.
