PeopleSoft (including Faculty Center Help, Student Center Help) will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday December 4 to 6pm Sunday December 6 while ITS performs a CSU-mandated PeopleTools upgrade.

  

PeopleTools is the development platform that underpins all PeopleSoft applications used on campus. The vast majority of the improvements in this upgrade are “under the hood” changes that will ensure the system runs as smoothly as possible.

 

If you’re interested in drilling down further into the changes, go to the CSU website and enter PeopleTools 8.54 upgrade into the search box. Note that we will not be implementing all of the documented changes at this time, so check with your ITC if you have specific questions. If you experience any issues with myHumboldt portal or PeopleSoft after the upgrade, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
