Dear Campus Colleagues:

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2014-15 Outstanding Student Awards. These awards are given annually in recognition of the outstanding accomplishments of our students.

There are five categories of undergraduate academic awards as well as awards for student engagement and leadership. Additionally, two students from all of the nominees will be selected as the Outstanding Students of the Year.

Award descriptions, criteria, and the online nomination process are available on the forms website at humboldt.edu/forms/outstandingstudents. Your department will also receive an announcement of these awards in campus mail.

This year’s award ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8th, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. in the Kate Buchanan Room. Be sure to mark your calendar now and join us in celebrating the accomplishments of our students! Nominators and nominees will receive a formal invitation to the awards ceremony.

Please take a few minutes to nominate one of your outstanding students, and join us in recognizing their accomplishments!
