Effective with the 2016/17 review cycle, Interfolio ByCommittee Promotion & Tenure will replace Moodle as the system for our electronic WPAFs.

 

The WPAF & Interfolio Workshop will provide an opportunity to learn about putting together a Working Personnel Action File (WPAF) for Retention, Tenure and Promotion (RTP), and will also introduce the new Interfolio system.  Probationary and tenured faculty submitting an eWPAF during 2016/17 are especially encouraged to attend.

 

Refreshments will be provided.  If you plan to attend, please sign up on the Training website at: https://training.humboldt.edu/Training_sign_up.php?recordID=7138.  Registration is encouraged, but not required.  Participants are invited to attend all or part of the workshop. 

 

Additional Information about Interfolio

Over the next couple of weeks, accounts will be automatically created for current tenure-line faculty and 3-year lecturers. Once your account is created, you will receive login information and guidance related to Interfolio.  Accounts for other temporary faculty unit employees are available upon request to your college designee.

 

With your Interfolio account, you can get started immediately with building a private Dossier for storing and organizing your documents. RTP candidates submitting electronic WPAF or Periodic Evaluation files during 2016/17 will have a case template set up and assigned to them prior to the end of the academic year. 

 

Open lab sessions will be scheduled to provide guidance to RTP candidates on use of the new system.  Watch for open lab training sessions beginning toward the end of April.
