Mid-Semester Feedback

We invite all faculty to participate in the Mid-Semester Feedback (MSF) Program, a non-evaluative opportunity to hear from your students and inform your teaching and their learning success. Our trained graduate student facilitators will meet where you are—in person, via Zoom, or asynchronously—to offer the most flexibility.

Includes:

  • 30-minute MSF (week 7 or 8)

  • 5-10 minute Last Class Interview (LCI) (week 12 or 13)

To request an MSF for your course, please complete this short form Request a Mid-Semester Feedback Survey - one form for each course you'd like to survey. Please request your MSF now (and no later than Friday, February 23rd) so we can schedule your MSF at mid-semester!
