The Forestry Club, El Centro Académico de Humboldt, and the Department of Forestry, Fire, and Rangeland Management invite you to a screening of A Thousand Pines, a documentary directed by Dr. Noam Osband and Sebastián Díaz.

"In this tale of labor and family that shines a light on the precarity of temporary work visas, Raymundo Morales leads a crew of workers who must make the difficult decision to leave their families in rural Mexico to plant commercial pine forests in the United States."

Director Sebastián Díaz will be present for a post screening conversation with the audience.
