Teaching is fundamentally an intellectual act (Border & Werner, 2012, 314). It is a reflection of our knowledge, interests, values, dispositions, and even our growth. This year’s Teaching Excellence Symposium once again showcases those efforts that reflect the intellectual work we put into our instructional craft, including the adaptations and shifts in teaching that have emerged during a world pandemic. The symposium is an opportunity to share your stories of teaching excellence, inspiration, innovation, and impact.
