National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Online Workshop

Friday, February 10, 2023

9:00AM - 11:00AM PST

The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) is one of the largest funders of humanities programs in the US. NEH serves and strengthens our republic by promoting excellence in the humanities and conveying the lessons of history to all Americans. The endowment accomplishes this mission by awarding grants for top-rated proposals examined by panels of external reviewers.

ABOUT: CSULB will be hosting a CSU-wide workshop providing an overview of funding opportunities offered by the NEH as well as tips for preparing competitive applications. General information on the array and organization of NEH programs will be included. There will be particular emphasis on Division of Research Programs, such as summer stipends, fellowships, and the Awards for Faculty programs. Senior Program Officer, Beauty Bragg, will also facilitate a mock review panel and take questions as part of this presentation.

REGISTRATION: Please RSVP at this link by January 27th. The workshop will meet via this Zoom link.
