CSU Chancellor’s Office Grant Opportunity for Faculty Engaged in Community-Based and Undergraduate Research

Call For Proposals: GUIDE Initiative (Due Monday June 1, 2026 by 5pm)

Objective: Transformative Undergraduate Experiences in a faculty-mentored environment  

The CSU GUIDE initiative supports faculty-mentored projects that expand undergraduate student engagement and help position teams for future external funding. Eligible proposals may be single-campus, multi-campus, or designed for mid-career faculty re-engaging or pivoting their RSCA work.  

Proposals must be submitted through the campus research/sponsored programs office, and campuses may set earlier internal deadlines in advance of the Chancellor’s Office deadline of Monday, June 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
