REGISTER NOW: Interdisciplinary networking opportunity with CSU-WATER Executive Director

September 30, 2026

CSU-WATER (Water Advocacy Towards Education and Research) seeks to achieve a long-term, sustainable water supply for California through education, research and policy development by harnessing the resources and leadership from within the 23 CSU campuses. Learn more about CSU-WATER on their website.

Join the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs Foundation for an informal mixer with Dr. Steve Blumenshine, Executive Director of CSU-WATER, on Wednesday, October 7, from 5:30 to 7:30pm at The Barrel Room, 935 I Street in Arcata.

CSU-WATER is seeking ideas and input to advance work related to water policy, climate impacts, and water workforce needs. Because these issues extend well beyond the natural sciences, faculty and staff from all colleges are encouraged to attend.

Meet Dr. Blumenshine, learn more about CSU-WATER, and explore how your interests and expertise might connect with its work.

REGISTRATION: Please RSVP via this Google form.
