Panetta Congressional Internship Opportunity for an HSU Student--Due Feb 20

January 22, 2015

The Panetta Congressional Intern Program is an opportunity for CSU juniors and seniors to spend the fall semester as an intern to a California member of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C. with all expenses paid and a chance to earn academic credits. One student is chosen from each campus and they spend two weeks training at the Panetta Institute and 11 weeks in D.C.

Please share this opportunity broadly with students who are juniors and seniors (must be a California resident) and encourage them to apply by Feb. 20. Finalists will be interviewed by a faculty committee and by Provost Jenny Zorn. Application packets that include a resume, two-page essay, transcripts and a graded paper are to be submitted to the President's Office. Please post the attached flyer and share the position description with interested students
