Please join me in welcoming Lisa Castellino as the new Director of Institutional Research and Planning.  She will arrive on campus August 5. She has a Doctorate of Philosophy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Lisa Castellino most recently served as the Assistant Provost for Institutional Research and Assessment at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in Wilmington, NC, after serving as the institution’s Assistant Vice Chancellor of Institutional Research and Assessment and its Director of Institutional Research. While there she planned and directed research activities related to a broad range of institutional strategic goals.

Previously, she served as the Director of Information and Data Exchange Services for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education in Harrisburg, PA. In this position, she provided analytical and technical guidance in such areas as system benchmarking and accountability planning,

Lisa Castellino has extensive experience in and knowledge of higher education metric design and analysis, research design, and statistical analysis, as well as in data visualization and reporting, cross-campus collaboration, and the communication of complex data to a broad range of constituencies.
