Mid-Semester Feedback Program
How is the semester going for your students—and what small adjustments could make a meaningful difference in their learning?
All faculty are invited to participate in the Mid-Semester Feedback (MSF) Program, a confidential, non-evaluative opportunity to hear directly from students about what is supporting their learning and what may help them succeed during the remainder of the course.
A trained graduate student facilitator will guide the feedback process and provide you with a summary of student responses. The program is designed to offer timely, constructive insights while there is still time to make meaningful adjustments. Feedback is intended solely for your professional reflection and development—it is not part of the formal faculty evaluation process.
To make participation as convenient as possible, facilitators can work with you:
In person
Live via Zoom
Through an asynchronous option
To request feedback, please complete the Mid-Semester Feedback Request Form. Please submit one form for each course you would like surveyed.
Request your MSF as soon as possible—and no later than October 2—so we can schedule it at the most useful point in the semester.
