Sara Hart will present her lecture commemorating her Distinguished Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching- Lecturer Faculty on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 5:00 pm in Goodwin Forum (NHE 102). This is the final Distinguished Faculty Lectures of the semester. A small reception will follow.

Title: Jim Hart's Magical Mystery Tour

Synopsis: This is the story of how Hart came to Religious Studies, and of what the journey has taught her about learning, teaching, and being in the world. To imagine alternate moral horizons, to practice being wrong about our most committed worldviews, to engage impossible beliefs: these are the keys that Hart has found to community, purpose, and hope.
