Career Curriculum Integration (CCI) is a collection of assignments that help students master career readiness skills. Crafted by career advisors, faculty, and students, CCI is designed in a plug and play format, however, students benefit most when assignments are fully integrated into content courses. In this workshop, faculty will gain an understanding of how CCI acts as an equity tool to connect education with career pathways, learn how to access career curriculum, and build a plan for integrating a CCI assignment of their choosing into one of their courses. With career readiness a hallmark of a polytechnic education, now is the perfect time to increase engagement by helping students connect course content to their career aspirations.
