Join HSU Faculty for an informational session on CSUPERB - a Program for Education and Research in Biotechnology. CSUPERB administers and manages several grant programs for California State University (CSU) faculty and students.

This session will offer information for all HSU faculty with a research area related to biotechnology with a Q&A session at the end
CSUPERB defines biotechnology as a fusion of biology and technology. The Biotechnology Innovation Organization lists biotechnology examples, applications and sectors. CSUPERB explicitly adds to these lists health IT and medical device research and development. CSUPERB welcomes and encourages applications from CSU faculty and students in all disciplines related to the current practice of biotechnology, including but not limited to life sciences, physical sciences, clinical sciences, math, computer science, agricultural science, engineering, and/or business.
