The HSU MultiCultural Center invites all graduating seniors from our beloved Asian & Pacific Islander Community to the Annual Asian & Pacific Islander Lei Ceremony on Friday, May 15, 2015, at 5:00 pm in the Goodwin Forum. This community graduation celebration is a time to honor the success of our graduates, thank families and HSU supporters, and to CELEBRATE! There will be food & beverages, performances, music, and games. Graduates will have an opportunity to share their HSU experiences and thank all who helped them make it to graduation!

We are planning the 2015 Asian & Pacific Islander Lei Ceremony, and we need your input, ideas and help. Our planning meetings are on Wednesdays at 4:00 - 5:00 in the MultiCultural Center, House 55. Please join us for the planning. Next meeting is on Wednesday, April 29, at 4:00.

One of the traditions of the Lei Ceremony is the Ti Leaf Lei, which is made in Hawaii. The ti leaf represents community and family. We are asking graduates to contribute $10 towards the purchase of a lei.
