10th annual HipHop Conference

The Critical Race, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (CRGS) Department at Cal Poly Humboldt is proud to present our 10th annual HipHop Conference: HipHop We Don’t Stop! Join our 3-day event celebrating all things HipHop, from concerts, cookouts to conscious knowledge! 

Starting on April 20th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm our keynote speaker, Dr. Tracey Salibury, will be presenting at the Goodwin Forum NHE 102. 

April 21st from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm students will be presenting in Siemens Hall 108, afterwards, we will be hosting a dinner at 8 pm in Nelson Hall East 106, followed by our Conscious Concert at Goodwin Forum NHE 102 starting at 9 pm! Come check out Humboldt's best local artists!

On the last day, we will be holding our dialogue on HipHop in Founders Hall 111 from 10 am to 12 pm. The conference will end with a cookout provided by Southside Mikes BBQ at 3:30 pm in the Redwood Bowl.  We also have bouncy houses, so bring the family!
