We encourage all faculty to take advantage of the Mid-Semester Feedback (MSF) Program—a valuable, non-evaluative way to gather insights from your students and enhance your teaching and their learning experience. Our graduate student facilitators can meet you in person, via Zoom, or provide an asynchronous option for maximum convenience.

To request an MSF for your course, simply fill out this short form: Request a Mid-Semester Feedback Survey. Please complete one form per course. Submit your request by March 6 to ensure your MSF is scheduled in time!
