Registration now open for Spring 2014 Institute for Student Success
The Spring 2014 Institute for Student Success is a one-day professional development event for staff, faculty, and administrators that focuses on promoting inclusive student success.
Featuring keynote speaker Thomas Brown, nationally recognized expert on student success, academic advising, professional development, and supporting underrepresented students, will present a strategy-based workshop called Pathways to Persistence: How and Why YOU Matter to Student Success. Brown will also be offering two afternoon workshops: Reframing: "At-Risk" to "High-Potential": Supporting Student Achievement and Success and Understanding and Applying Racial Identity Development Theory as a Critical Skill for Educators Serving Students of Color.
