Holly Edmundson is an HSU Physics & Astronomy grad from the class of 2009 who got her MSc in Applied Physics from the University of Oregon. She currently works at Nanometrics, Inc as a Systems Engineering Manager. She will be talking about her work with scanning white light interferometry (SWLI) and its applications in semiconductor metrology, including a brief introduction to semiconductor fabrication and processes as well as different applications for optics in a semiconductor clean room.
